

Hannah Bernier, COO
Hannah, as COO, is spearheading strategic company growth and operational efficiencies through the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and technologies. In this role, Hannah also manages various Real Estate projects ranging in size from 5,000 to over 500,000 SF with budgets ranging from $500K-$15M. Representative project types consist of R&D laboratories, new site build outs, infrastructure projects, warehouse build-outs, renovations, and decommissioning projects.

Hannah is PMP and WellAP certified and brings over a decade of experience leading teams, focusing on quality assurance, process improvement, contract negotiation and execution, risk management and stakeholder relationships. She has a diverse background working as an Owner’s Representative in the life science and biotechnology industry, managing corporate real estate projects in the financial services industry, leading a cybersecurity software testing team, managing a statewide law firm, and negotiating contracts for a public healthcare system. This diverse background allows Hannah to bring a strong emphasis on client relationships, organization, project management, team leadership, and quality assurance.
Experience
Hannah’s previous engagements include working as an internal Project Manager for Ascensus, managing fit-outs, moves, relocations, and decommissions across the east coast and mid-west. Prior to Ascensus, Hannah was a Project Manager for Facility Logix, managing life science and biotechnology projects in the Virginia and Maryland areas. Projects for Facility Logix included lab, office, and vivarium fit-outs, zoning and entitlements oversight, phased cGMP cleanrooms and warehouses, as well as co-working/life science incubators. Before joining Facility Logix, Hannah held various roles in cybersecurity development, a law firm, and public and private healthcare.
